How will the charge appear on my credit card?

The charge will appear on your credit card statement as IPO Videos.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes! When you check out, you are placed in a secure environment. Information is encrypted before it is sent to our server for process, thus insuring your information is kept safe and private.

What mailing lists will I be put on? Will you ever give my name to someone else?

When you checkout, you are given the opportunity to join our e-mail list. If you do not join this list, you will never receive any e-mail from us.

We will never sell or otherwise give your name to anyone that is not directly involved in processing or shipping your order. Your name will not be sold or given for any promotional purpose. Exceptions to this are when we are required to cooperate with any legal or criminal investigation of fraudulent activity (usually stolen credit cards).

How will my order be shipped? Will the packaging be discrete?

Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.  The return address on your package will be "I-Play Online" and the box will include no indication of what is inside.  Your privacy is important to us at West Hollywood Video.

Due to the dynamic nature of the industry we cannot guarantee that your selection is in stock at the moment you order it, however our warehouse is stocked with thousands and thousands of videos.  if you order a video that we have online there is a very high probability that it is on the shelf and ready to ship.  In the rare case that we are out of anything you order we will get it for you in a matter of days or sometimes even the same day.  Getting your order out to you the same day you placed it is a priority for us, we want you to be happy and we have invested in a large inventory to insure that this happens.

Where can I find information on the status of my order?

Click on the My Account link on the top toolbar. You will then login with the e-mail address and password you used to place your order. If you forget your password, there is an option to have it sent to you in e-mail.

Do you stock PAL or SECAM format videos?

Generally No, but for some Asian Titles we do. Most VCRs in non-US countries support DUAL format (they support both the NTSC and SECAM or NTSC and PAL format)

You sent me a defective product (or the wrong product). What do I do?

Send it back to us via the United States Postal Service with a note inside telling us what you would like. A refund, a replacement product, etc. Be sure to include any contact information in case we have a question about the return.
